If a lego-inspired CAD program is something
that you can use, then both LeoCAD & BlockCAD
might be worth looking at. BlockCAD's site:

I have both programs on my computer, but I'm
certainly not an expert in either one. From my
limited experience, I can say that they have
plenty of pretty obvious similarities, but
some significant differences as well.
