Re: [school-discuss] available for download now : volume 001 etc... intro to solar system : terrestrial planets

hello,

go to
http://www.etc-edu.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewsdownload&sid=3
and download the ones you want - there are 4 :

#1 - images of Earth : breataking, high resolution images you can ZOOM and
SCROLL.

# 2 - images of the sun, mercury, venus, mars, phobos and demos - as above in
features. Some #D on Mars.

# 3 - Lecture notes on an overview, the sun, the solar wind, mercury, venus,
earth, the moon, mars, phobos and demos. and an audio transcript of the
overview.

# 4 - the last has a planetarium with about a dozen premade views for new
orleans, and directions for changing sample locale to somewhere else. it
also contains handbooks, paper models, posters, teacher's guides, math and
science supliments and 20th century history.

each of these is an iso image.
when you go to download, you will get the database argument that fetched your
request, not the file name.

simply rename to the names you will remember :

foo.iso

when you are done, you will have 4 CDs,

:-) hope you like it.

Thanks!

. I am willing to put this on my site but I'm confused trying to
. download. Is this an ISO or separate parts? I tried clicking several
. links, which all started displaying on my screen rather than asking if
. I wanted to download. They all had the same name, modules.php. Is this
. a single link, or do I download 4 separate pieces and rename them as
. modules1.php, modules2.php, etc.?
