Normally English is used as the international language to allow other to
translate in their native language. However my english may not be that
good, therefore in this case it is possible to use an alternate locale
representing the English language (code en), however this possibility is
yet very rare but I guess in the future it will have to be used because
the initial messages are not always in a correct English
