I think you could replace the erroneous
 WIMS http://wims.unice.fr/wims/~wims.cgi Error! | 
with the working one
 WIMS http://wims.unice.fr/wims/

maybe you could also give "international" qualifier to
  OFSET http://www.ofset.org
(see http://www.ofset.org/members/members.html)
