Looks as if there's a domain openzis.org referenced, but no website to
be found there.  Checking WHOIS shows the domain itself isn't
registered.  Last update on the page you reference is Nov. 2003.  Smells
like dead project to me.  Try pinging the contacts at tigris.org to find
out what's going on.

Also:  when posting to this list, don't reply to an existing message
when starting a new thread -- your post will appear within the prior
thread rather than as a new post for those of use with threaded
mailreaders.
