[school-discuss] how to stop getting schoolforge related e-mails

Now that the schoolforge mailing list is back up again, seems there
are some people on the list who don't remember subscribing and no
longer want to be on the mailing list.

If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from people on the
schoolforge mailing list, please follow the steps below.  E-mailing
the list and asking for people to stop sending you e-mail will not get
you off the list.  You need to follow the steps to remove yourself
from it.
