well, if you want to tell your students when to listen - pick the times that 
are best for them - then convert the times to Chicago USA time

tell me which things you would like from my list in each four hour block you
want me to program.

like :

mike - at 2 p.m. wenesday may ?? Chicago time play mozart letters and haydn 
creation over and over till four hours have elapsed.

is that clear ? (i never know)
