Doug,
I have been floating around the idea for a while that we have a non-profit
host a repository so companies like Britannica can donate the linux port to
schools, take a tax break and still sell it to the general public. I believe
this would give Microsoft and Apple oriented companies an incentive to
rewrite for OS. This post just helps prove my point.
