G'day all,

In Victoria (Australia) the Office of Training & Tertiary Education has developed a range of elearning resources for the the Certificates in General Education for Adults (CGEA). They're all developed for states primary education platform which is WinTel.  
The CGEA is aimed at adults (15+) and targets literacy, numeracy and general education skills. They resources won't address the lower end of your K-12 group but they are worth a look.

The resources can be viewed on the Tafe Virtual Campus

Most are available for purchase from Tafe Frontiers.  The also have a collection of print based resources.  They're all fairly cheap in the $30(AUD)/$28(USD)range
