The only ones I've found so far are CMAP Tools:

which is free as in beer but not as in Liberty, so is not Open Source, and FreeMind:

Copying the Schoolforge list in case anyone else knows of Open Source graphic organizer software alternatives to Kidspiration/Inspiration.
