Well guess it's not "ALT Linux" set in stone, but quite possibly.

If anyone's interested, here's linux.com review of ALT Desktop 4.0
(4.0.0 is considered by me personally as quite a "brown paper bag"
release but seems like Desktop Lite 4.0 which is now beta -- btw
installs and works on PIII-500/64M which is routinely used as a
LTSP terminal -- is going to fix some of video driver problems
and there will be Desktop 4.0.1 as well):
