I understand people are talking about porting gtk+ to win32.

How does everybody feel about porting the Borland (sorry Inprise) VCL? 
(That's the class library that Delphi and C++Builder are based on. 
Having used it I can say that is certainly abstracted enough.  I don't
think MFC would be though.
