  Well, as you are pretty stuck with your body I'd have to concider know
it's capabilties and limitations very important.  
  Also, as you can't(really) replace your body, you do need to take care of
it.  That does involve using it to it's capabilities.  Physical sports not
only cover exercise, but also(usually) teamwork and general good
sociallization.
 Umm, now I sound like the coucelors and coaches from high school, I'm
worried. I'm gonna stop now before I outright scare myself.
