I'm currently working with the LDP to get our Commercial Port Advocacy
mini-HOWTO made into an official part of the LDP.  I'm finding that working
with them isn't very fast.  If you do want to, it's a very good idea to
install and learn SGMLTools <http://www.sgmltools.org> as that's what they
use to create their stuff.
