I took the copy of links2.sdoc that I have and added links to Doug's
"Commercial Port  Advocacy HOWTO", Douglas Ort's "Leadership Document",
Roman's "Translation", Bruno's "EDUML and XML in Education Documents", Roger's
"Groups Page" and a number of other links. Once links2.sdoc is updated, SEUL
web site visitors can get to these links by clicking on "User Resources" under
"End Users" on the SEUL homepage. This should care of everything until a web
site overhaul can be carried out.
