[seul-edu] new SML application

Here's yet another XML-related link from Freshmeat. It sounded as
though it might be directly useful for folks writing applications:

http://mitglied.tripod.de/xmltp/

From their description: XMLtp is intended to be used in applications
which want to store their internal data in an XML file (not done by
XMLtp), and then of course want to read it back (handled by XMLtp).
