[seul-edu] Visual Basic to Python conversion

I just came across this:

The plan is to have a good, fairly automatic converter from VB to
Python.  Is there a lot of educational software written in VB?  Is it
something that local teachers and school people use a lot?  If so, this
would be a valid entry for our Application Index.  If not, not.  Let me
know before I add it.
