[seul-edu] ISO Phase 1 evals

Folks, I'd _really_ like to see some phase one evaluations of our
educational software. I still have hopes of getting phase 1 done by
mid-July, but so far we've only heard from Larry Prevett on math
software (thanks, Larry) and Roy Hakes on music software (thanks,
Roy). There are lots of other categories out there that need
evaluation. And it wouldn't hurt for people to evaluate the same
categories (including math and music) too.

Come on folks, this is the _easy_ part! Look through the listings
of your chosen category at <http://richtech/ca/seul>, go to the
websites listed for them, and see if they qualify for further
evaluation. You can see the criteria for this in the following
message:

http://archives.seul.org/seul/edu/Jun-2002/msg00057.html

This shouldn't be more than one or two afternoons worth of work,
even for the large categories. If we can't get this done, I don't
think we'll manage to get this ISO created at all. Don't think that
others will do this work for us, so you don't need to; there _are_
no others, only us. Matt Jezorek, Daniel Carter, Michael Williams,
Jason Neiffer, Mark
Schmitt, Gordon Truesdale, Jeff LeMieux, and Anne-Marie Mahfouf,
you've all agreed to help with this--let's hear from you! Everyone
else, don't be shy. If you're a teacher, take a look at the apps.
If not, find a teacher nearby and help him or her take a look at
them. Let's get this moving!
