New user admin program for school networks

This is kmuser.  Here's a quote from the initial web page:

kmuser is a User-Administration-Tool for the KDE-Desktop. kmuser is designed for
administrating a schoolnetwork. Therefore it has built in a lot of useful features 
to manage many users and groups of users.

Could those of you actually doing such things take a look at it and let us know 
what you think?  Bill Tihen and Steve Tonnesen, I'm thinking of you two in
