Re: [seul-edu] Collecting Assessments at District Level

I can answer some of this, I am the Assessment tech for our district. I gather a ton of information on a daily basis. Would you like a current list of what We are required by the state to fill out on our tests or would you like a listing of the information that we keep track of above and beyond that as well?

Currently I think we are keeping track of some 300+ fields.
Name, birthdate, ssn, student id, state id, county id, special ed id, immigrant status, indian ed, migrant ed, home language, primary ethnicity, secondary ethnicity, STAR test scores, GSE test scores, District test scores CAHSEE test scores. Ad nauseum. Currently all is done in oracle using a not ready for primetime GUI.

Please let me know what information you would like and the format which will best help you.

Thanks,
Paul
