Also in the October Linux Journal is an article on "Automated
Installation of Large-Scale Linux Networks."  It goes into the use
of RedHat's KickStart program, EtherBoot, and a number of other
useful utilities. Unfortunately, it too isn't available on-line, but
all the scripts mentioned in the article are available at:
