How about interactive map based?  Click on the zip codes that cover the
area you are willing to service?  A few areas have very large zip codes,
and could be broken up into zipcode north east, zipcode north west,
zipcode south east, and zipcode south west.

I am doing some searches for sites that already contain some of the data,
but I am not finding much right now.

This is one site that might be useful for us as well, when trying to reach
schools via the mail.  It even outputs to pdf for printing.
