more drive space!

i finally got around to taking belegost and cran down for the
evening. those of you who use belegost may recall that a month
or so ago, my hda started becoming flaky. it turns out that it's
actually the controller (ide0), not the drive. so the motherboard
is going to get replaced probably later this summer.

but in the meantime, i replaced the 2gig drive in belegost with
a 30gig drive, and i added a 30gig drive to cran:

[root@belegost /root]# df
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hdc1 1981000 1044219 936781 53% /
/dev/hda1 64380 793 63587 1% /boot
/dev/hdb1 4945000 4591293 97702 98% /usr
/dev/hdc3 4065275 2341847 1723428 58% /home2
AFS 9000000 0 9000000 0% /afs
/dev/hda3 28829424 9296324 19533100 32% /mirror
/dev/hdb2 10969430 9260676 1708754 84% /extra

[root@cran /extra]# df
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 495876 423117 47158 90% /
/dev/hda3 1435727 1331601 29938 98% /extra
/dev/hdb3 29399652 1504520 27895132 5% /home
/dev/hdb1 63893 13 63880 0% /boot2

we should be set for drive space now, for a good long while. :)
(so feel free to add stuff to either machine that you've been
planning to add but didn't think we had the drive space.)

thanks,
