SEUL-Leaders: Chat - web/irc?

Would it be beneficial to have a place for people to meet for real-time chats, 
instead of passive e-mail discussions?  A web-chat thing could be set up, or 
we could pick an IRC server and start a #seul channel.  Things could be set up 
to record everything, so we don't lose any communications.

Good/bad?
