SEUL: STEERING COMMITTEE: Web site

OK, I've decided to put up a SEUL web site. It will initially be at the
address below,
  http://blanko.oulu.fi/seul/
I'll probably get the first version done by Monday or Tuesday. blanko.oulu.fi
is a P133 running RedHat 4.1 admin'd by me. (It hasn't been rebooted once
after installation - uptime so far 30 days and growing... the Linux server at
the CS department has an uptime of almost 200 days!)

I might be able to get a virtual address (something like seul.oulu.fi)
later on if considered necessary.
