SEUL: 'affiliated projects' list

I think it would be a good plan to have a list of affiliated
projects on the seul site.

Projects that come to mind are:

www.geda.seul.org
www.freehdl.seul.org
www.wxftp.seul.org
www.freecase.seul.org
independence.dunadan.com
www.linuxunited.org
www.freelinux.org

Let me know what you think. Earlier this wasn't much of an issue
because there weren't very many, but I think there are enough now
that maybe we should mention them.

for a link of sites that link to the seul site.)
