SEUL: Mailing list categorization

Per Doug's suggestion, I put together a list of subject-headings for the
mailing lists, and an initial list of categories.  Something about
defining categories tires my brain -- I don't know why -- but I have a
sort of initial list.  The subject headings and categories are at,
respectively:

  http://cran.seul.org/~ianb/mailing-list/subjects.txt
  http://cran.seul.org/~ianb/mailing-list/categories.txt

The categories still don't have an overall structure, just the adhoc
structure that emerged when I was reading through the subject
headings.
