 "Vidalia and Tor were working fine for [quite a while]; suddenly [about a
 month ago} I got the error: 'Vidalia was unable to connect to Tor.
 (Connection refused by peer.)'"

 Windows 7 64 bit professional, SP1

 All firewalls disabled
 Antivirus disabled

 Firefox 11.0 (disabled all add-ons)

 Vidlia 0.2.15 Qt 4.6.2

 Polipo:
 "DNS: couldn't open /etc/resolv.conf: No such file or directory
