 Incrementing need because size of separator in between of menu and title
 bars.(window.mozInnerScreenY is about coordinates of this separator)
 I don't know if separator affected by DPI (zooming or anything yet),
 actually. But 1 pixel was verified experimentally for two different WM.
 (this 1px present even for OS Windows, but this code not used there
 because outerHeight is correct and includes everything)
