 So after a closer look, maybe the keys are fine, maybe not.

 Above video demonstrates the confusing behavior. I am using the latest
 versions of both Gpg4win and Kleopatra (2.2.1 and 2.2.0, respectively),
 verified as best as was available.

 It may be a bug in one of them and not relevant to this Trac, sorry if so.
 If answers can at least be suggested I'd be grateful.

 It seems like everything may be fine since the extended string looks up
 ok... but why does it not recognize the sig as trusted? Or correspond the
 keyholder's name?

 I've asked about this before elsewhere, no answers or clues were presented
 in response.
