 Tried first:

 }}}
 Then:
 {{{
 C:\Users\user>"Desktop\Tor Browser\Start Tor Browser.lnk"
 }}}
 And directly:
 {{{
 C:\Users\user>"Desktop\Tor Browser\Browser\firefox.exe"
 }}}
 Everything works just fine with the same result for every case.
