 When using HTTPS Everywhere, it is impossible to open hitbox.tv. The page
 enters a reloading loop because the HTTPS version of the page redirects to
 HTTP, while the extension redirects it back to HTTPS.

 This seems to be a recently introduced bug, I don't remember seeing this
 bug a couple of weeks ago.
