 It appears that there's an accounting@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx list, with zero
 members on it? I just sent mail to it and it got accepted but apparently
 went nowhere.

 If this is true, we should remove this list, yes?

 There is, separately, an alias called accounting@xxxx, which we should
 leave in place.
