 Both of these sound fine to me to remove.

 (They are still on archive.torproject.org right? Meaning we aren't
 actually losing them from the world?)

 It seems like longer term, the dist team should come up with a policy of
 what stays on dist, and what gets deleted (but still kept on archive) to
 keep dist unconfusing to people. Especially since we're pointing more
 people directly to dist now that our new website doesn't link to some of
 the things.
