 Okay it actually looks like there's one bad GetTor request with a
 malformed address that's preventing all other emails from being sent. If
 GetTor encounters a SMTP error, it will log the error and then re-query
 the database for pending requests. If the request wasn't removed, it will
 keep retrying to send to a malformed address.

 We can solve this by removing malformed requests from the database. It
 would be nice to be able to distinguish between a bad request and other
 more general SMTP errors so we don't lose healthy requests from users just
 because something else is wrong with GetTor.
