 I did a quick scan of July's descriptors to try and find anyone else with
 behaviour that resembled this problem. Here is the list of 65 nodes in
 July that hibernated for at least 1/3rd of the month:

 There are a couple of funnies there, but torentrybergerm and giga seem to
 exhibit the same pattern as the routers reported here. (note there are a
 few false positives in the list as I matched on routername when pulling
 the detailed list.)
