Comment:

 This is somewhat related to #3716: this load time is related to looking up
 the host name of the relay by IP address, but no hostname can be found.
 This shouldn't be done dynamically.

 Example:
 Load slowly, "Hostname" == "IP":
 http://torstatusbeta.org/details/a8fb2a589806d2c017e25a47ad7377a2ee49ee26
 http://torstatusbeta.org/details/0499feaa432dc3f494bc6afc922ff6a1754c2941

 Load normally, "Hostname" != "IP":
