 The latest Tor (b161674d5dc or later) with the latest Libevent
 (5b18f13048d4d6) might have fewer bugs.  Some will remain, though.  It
 will be good to know which ones are gone. If you run into bugs, please be
 absolutely sure which version of Tor and which version of Libevent you
 were using.
