 No, I've been seeing this just once but was wondering why I should see
 that one at all given that we are shipping bascially all extensions with
 each Tor Browser update. Or is this for cases where users have non-default
 extensions installed? I was thinking something like: "We control basically
 what extensions we ship. Why do we then need an extra Firefox dialog/check
 whether those extensions are deemed appropriate at all after updgrade?"
