 Brief update:
 * Our obfs4 setup guide moved from
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/PluggableTransports/obfs4proxy
 to https://community.torproject.org/relay/setup/bridge/
 * We had a call with an NGO and will provide them with GitHub/GitLab Tor
 Browser download links and a set of private bridges for distribution
