 We want to have a gitweb repository to hold our user research materials
 and results.

 We would like to have this available in gitlab also. I have already
 created the project: ​https://dip.torproject.org/torproject/ux/research
 and torproject-pusher has access to it. We also need the repo created in
 gitweb.

 We probably need at least antonela and myself to have write access to this
 repo.
