 Summary documents contain original relay fingerprints `F` and hashed
 bridge fingerprints `H(F)`.  They do not, however, contain hashed relay
 fingerprints `H(F)` and hashed hashed bridge fingerprints `H(H(F))`, both
 of which are supported in the search and lookup parameters.
