Local bookmarks are a privacy risk for those who must worry about having
hardware stolen or confiscated. The Tor community has answered that
 problem with OnionBookmark (http://x7yxqg5v4j6yzhti.onion/). With
OnionBookmark, it is very easy to store a set of bookmarks inside of the
onion rather than inside of one's machine.

Browser Bundle is rather difficult as hidden services don't exactly have
 memorable URI's.

in Tor Browser Bundle to use as an effective way to reach other hidden
 services inside of the .onion.

Their service? Why should we encourage Tor users to use Their service?

 Hi,
I'm the admin of that site.
I started it some time ago to help people with the issue that the user is
 posting.

I'm unsure about what you are referring to when you ask "what they do with
bookmarks people store on their service.", but I do not 'do' anything at
 all.
It's a secure place to store your bookmarks, and you can freely choose if
they are going to be private only (not viewable by others) or if it's
 locked away with your account.

I provide this service solely for the interest of doing something for the
 users of tor.
