 Sounds like it could be useful. I think it might be tricky to implement
 though, since Tor doesn't keep a copy of the descriptor it uploaded, does
 it?

 (rend_encode_v2_descriptors() makes some descriptors and then uploads them
 and then discards them.)

 That said, keeping a copy of the last descriptor you encoded doesn't sound
 too hard, and would make this ticket pretty easy to implement.

 Makes me wonder if we also want an event for publishing hsdescs (else, how
 can you know that the answer to this getinfo has changed).
