 So just to collect all the other bug reports for this same issue (from
 *nix to Windows). I would say there's a SERIOUS issue going on, it's sad
 @ioerror isn't interested in helping @sukhbir fixing this bug.

 Vidalia = TorBirdy (i.e. TorBridy will die a slow death, too?!)
