 It would be good to have a disclaimer on the graph pages that the graphs
 are based on data reported by the relays themselves and that the data and
 graphs based on them have been completely invalid in the past.

 Maybe archive and display the current graph as example:
 https://metrics.torproject.org/bandwidth-flags.html
 (has the huge spike that's bogus).

 I had assumed, the advertised bandwidth was sanitized by the BW auth
 measurements, which is not the case.

 I wonder if it is possible to blacklist lying relays and exclude them from
 the graphs.
