Comment:

 I can't tell if the grey circles on the webpage next to 'BlOCK TRACKERS'
 and other headings on this page https://lektor-
 staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging/ are meant to populate with images or
 graphics, or are just meant to be grey circles.

 Forgot to mention I'm on a 64-bit Mac using OS High Sierra, v 10.13.6
 browsing w/ Firefox v 65.0
