Comment:

 On reflection I should be checking for pyflakes.api rather than just
 pyflakes in our 'is pyflakes installed' check. With that pyflakes will be
 skipped rather than failing the test run.

 Upgrading pyflakes would still be a little nice, but not terribly
 important (it's running on my local system all the time anyway).
