 I would not be worried about that much. See the AMO guidelines for
 reviewers:

 Using nsIProcess (no sign of deprecation).

 All these "Illegal or deprecated" bugs filed recently are due to running
 our extensions through this validator script. Handling nsIProcess this way
 has been done so for years and back then when I've been doing reviews I
 always had the feeling that's just as a warning sign as Bad Things May
 Happen (that's the reason as well with it should trigger an Admin Review).
