 If you start your Tor without a torrc file, it says

 Jan 05 18:28:08.762 [notice] Configuration file "/usr/local/etc/tor/torrc"
 not present, using reasonable defaults.
 }}}

 We should actually write down what these "reasonable defaults" are. This
 would be especially useful for Windows users who have the expert bundle.
